Nokia N8: Preview
The Nokia N8 is expected to launch in October this year, and one must say it has a lot to offer. To start with it comes with a 3.5 inches AMOLED capacitive touch screen, 16 GB storage capacity and a mighty 12 megapixel camera with high definition video recording. The features do sound promising enough but there are certain aspects where Nokia could have done better. The N8 sports a 680 MHz processor, which in compared to the Samsung Wave S8500(1 GHz) is lesser. And for a phone of this caliber a better processor would have been a great supplement. The operating system being the Symbian S^3, which has been highly criticized for its sluggish user interface will also put the phone in a spot of bother. Besides that the phone seems almost perfect, with all the makings of a good smart phone. It will be too harsh to criticize the phone as of yet, but the standards set by the makers are too high and people are highly expecting a good user-friendly phone by Nokia.
