Indian $35 tablet/laptop revealed
After the $100 dollar laptops, its India this time which has come up with a $35 tablet. These tablets were revealed by the Indian Human Resource Development Minister, Kapil Sibal. The tablet looks pretty raw, and quite frankly not much can be expected from the tablet for 35 dollars. But for a price tag as low as this, its worth a watch. If sources are to be believed, the specs include 2 Gigs of RAM, Wi-Fi connectivity, a PDF reader and would run on a Linux OS. The government have planned to subsidize the sale to students so as to make it available for as low as $20.
